About Chef Saito Saito
One of only a handful of Master Sushi Chefs in the United
States, Master Chef Saito Saito is originally from
Fukushima, Japan where he began his sushi apprenticeship
at the age of twelve. Graduating from the Tokyo Chef
School, he apprenticed in Japan for over ten years.
With a Pacific regional influence that truly inspires Master
Sushi Chef Saito, he uses fresh tropical fruits, balancing
delicately with the freshest fish to create magical rolls,
sashimi that melts in your mouth, and other extraordinary
dishes. Saito creates dishes from his heart with a passion for
excellence.
Saito has since opened over 30 successful restaurants in
such discerning cites as New York, Las Vegas, London,
Paris, Aspen, and Hollywood. Included in this success was
opening one of the first sushi restaurants in Atlanta,
Nickiemoto’s in Buckhead in the 90’s. The remainder of his
career is spent in Atlanta where he has continued to exceed
his culinary reputation.
